Such as: 2.5D dimensional, optical Projector, Surfagauge, sclerometer, Tension tester, etc. Quality Control All of our engineers and Q/C guys concern and active in every engineering and manufacturing stages by ISO standard.
We can complete the mold design, mold product, logo customization and finish services including sandblasting, powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, polishing and laser etching. One-stop service can regulate entire project with ±0.2~0.005mm machining tolerance.
Available materials: brass, mild steel, steel alloy, stainless steel and iron, aluminum, zinc; Available surface finish: fine polish, electrolyte-polish, chrome, zinc plating, nickel plating, aluminum oxidation. In general if it is a defect caused by our quality problems or shipping problems, we will replace the bad prototypes in 10 days. If you can ship the prototype back to us, you will get the refunding.

Prototype is different from the general product, usually it's fast delivery, urgent processing and some aspects could not be achieved exactly the same as the drawings, we'll leave the adjustment place for customers to do the assembly. And some designs on the drawings may not be realized by machining, the functionality will be weaker than the final result, this is a common circumstance of prototype, and it is not belong to the category of quality problems. In the data analysis stage before place the order, our engineers will communicate these issues with customers specifically.
